MILL CREEK, Wash., January 11, 2023 – Metropolis Supervisor Martin Yamamoto pronounces hiring Irmina Lumbad because the Metropolis’s new Finance Director. Director Lumbad will change Laurel Brock, who was promoted to Deputy Metropolis Supervisor in August 2022.
Director Lumbad was born and raised within the Philippines, then emigrated to the US in 1999. She holds a Bachelor of Science diploma in Accountancy from the College of Santo Tomas and a Grasp of Enterprise Administration from the College of the Philippines.
Lumbad has over 19 years of public accounting and budgeting at each county and metropolis ranges in California, with most of it serving the Metropolis of Moorpark in numerous capacities, together with Finance and Accounting Supervisor, Finances and Accounting Supervisor, and Deputy Finance Director. Not too long ago, she served because the Fiscal Supervisor for the Metropolis of Bellevue Parks and Group Companies Division.
“It’s a privilege to work in my metropolis of residence,” stated Lumbad. “I look ahead to working with the management staff and numerous employees to perform the Metropolis’s objectives.”
In her free time, she enjoys lengthy walks and visiting historic locations. On the artistic facet, she gravitates towards exact arts and crafts – baking, knitting, and quilting.
